CyNyCaL here!

New to these forums but thought I'd have a little post in the discussion threads, was just wondering if there are any lower league football league fans or even conference and below? I myself am a Rochdale fan and get a bit peeved when people talk about premier league as if its the only league in England but rant over, yeah, are their any footy fans out there in essence?

Sweet man! I was at Hillsborough last season for the away leg against Dale, must be said that its one of my favorite grounds in the lower leagues but now York are back up they take that mantle!

sorry but i loved the mcain stadium better .....and the old bootham cresent ........shit even derbys racecourse ground .....or chesterfields old ground saltergate (used as the substitute for the derby county  racecourse ground in the film the damned united)....i think these newer stadiums lose character

mind you nothing beat huddersfields when it went up in 1997 exept maybe boltons reebok

Saltersgate is a good ground I'll give you that! Plainmoors a decent away trip, massive treck down from Rochdale but really worth it, any ground that has terracing is a plus for me, get a better atmosphere! These new grounds like Brighton's Am Ex are awful, suck the atmosphere out of football, worst for it is Stadium:MK god awful ground!

Yeah Huddersfields decent, I was there last season bit of an arse to get to but had some fair decent banter with the stewards

Never been Barnsly surprisingly but if we're talking about toilets from the depths of hell then Plymouths toilets have to be up there, just a shed and a wall, the fact that the stand was raised meant that piss ran down the steps haha then again that was ten years ago!

I'm a Pompey fan. Hopefully, I'll still have a team to support next season!

I reckon Pompey are gonna bounce back up, aslong as you stay solvent anyway! Wish I could say the same about Dale aha

I'm a Wigan Athletic fan (unfortunately). And, before you ask, I have no idea myself why we only start winning at the end of the season either.

But I won't forget this:

EDIT: i added the image properly cena ..next time click full size image and post the smaller link instead of one that size

I am a Middlesbrough fan and have been all my life, season ticket holder and hopefully finally we will go back up this year lol. Have to agree with what you were saying about Barnsleys ground like. That was the first away game I went to, best ground I've been to so far is Hull but I'm going to try and get to Bolton, Sheffield Wednesday and possibly Huddersfield too this year. Trying too stay up north because I would hate the bus rides to somewhere like Cardiff lol.

I don't watch England's second/third football league mostly because I don't have time or because my main sports channel doesn't care about those leagues. Don't be sad, though! I watch the Scottish second league and I adore it! The team I like there, hmm.. I like all of them to be honest.
