Here's the way the point system works:

Superstars are ranked by score, then their W/L average, then by how many matches they've had.

The score is determined by taking the superstar's point total (pinfalls, submits, etc) and multiplying it by their W/L average. Points are calculated based on what was done to win the match.
  • Wins by pinfall are worth 1 point.
  • Wins by submission are worth 1.5 points.
  • Wins by knockout are worth 1 point.
  • Wins by escaping the cage are worth 1.5 points.
  • Tag team wins are worth 1 point.
  • Wins by DQ are only worth half a point.
  • Pay Per View wins are worth 3 points.

Tag team wins don't factor in what was done to win to avoid point inflation. For instance, although Revolution escaped the cage to get his team the win during SPW Rebirth 4, I only counted it as a tag team win.

In matches with more than 2 superstars, only the winner gets a point for what was done to win. Even if a guy eliminates 3 people then gets eliminated himself, he won't receive any points for that.

For every match you're in, you get .25 extra points. This rewards the active SPW talent (as inactive guys won't get booked as often, thus earning less points).

Champions are given a temporary bonus point boost based on what title they have. Once they lose the title, they lose the boost. Point distribution is as follows:
  • 4 bonus points for being the World Champion.
  • 2 bonus points for being the TV Champion.
  • 2 bonus points for being the Pure Champion.
  • 2 bonus points for being the Tag Champions.
